Another Year with Hope

 It was October 13, 2017 when you passed from the temporal to the eternal.  Your presence is hidden but remembrance of you remains living within the secret portals of my mind and heart.  I remembered only the goodness in you as even death could not quench the fire of your innate spirit.  The one that belonged to the Creator, the giver of all meaning and purpose to the life He breathes on every soul.

Why should sadness be my theme when you are at the foot of the Father? Your earthly life ended but the spirit lives on.
