Worry

How much of my time do I spend on worrying?  Vexations rob me of today’s joy and keep me from the hope of tomorrow’s gifts.  When I am anxious, I lose sight of opportunities that travel with every change.  I missed the unfolding of the birth of possibilities inherent in any struggle.  I close off my chances of riding the tides of purpose and change.  Lord God help me to put my trust in you and to wait joyfully at the assurance of your ways.  You have designed a purpose in every corner of my life.  Let it be done according to your will.
