Taste and See

 “How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you. In the shelter of your presence you hide them from all human intrigues; you keep them safe in your dwelling from accusing tongues.”

Do you doubt that every good thing you have comes from God?  Taste and see His goodness in every fabric of your life.  He gives the bread of life and the cool waters to drink.  He protects and provides refuge.  He restores and refreshes strength.  He hears the cry for mercy and forgiveness.  He blesses and anoints with the sweet fragrant oil.  He leaves the ninety nine to look for one.  He walks in step with His people in the thick and thin of it all.  

Lord God you are the same throughout time.  You are immutable and the bulwark of our strength and hope.  Your words and promises are true and everlasting.  Your love is unfailing and your mercy is without bounds.  Thank you God for everything!
