The End of Time

 “Then, when he was seated at the Mount of Olives, the disciples drew near to him privately, saying: "Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of your advent and of the consummation of the age?" And answering, Jesus said to them: "Pay attention, lest someone lead you astray. For many will come in my name saying, 'I am the Christ.' And they will lead many astray.”

In the beginning was the word and so shall it be in the end of time.  Lord God you are the alpha and the omega.  Everything came into being through you and you will gather those who persevered to the end to be with you.  There will be wars and persecutions and many will be led astray by false Christs and prophets.  Many more hearts will turn cold and numb.  

Jesus your promise is to hold fast for your word is unchanging.  You oh Lord are the same, yesterday, today, and tomorrow.  To those who believe and cleave to your promises, life that does not fall away and is outside of time will be their inheritance.  Jesus I trust in you.
