Following Jesus

 “Come to me, all you who labor and have been burdened, and I will refresh you. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you shall find rest for your souls. For my yoke is sweet and my burden is light."”

Jesus tells us that if we trust Him, we will no longer feel restless but will truly find what we are seeking for.  He is the true treasure in this world.

Money, fame, and pleasures of this world do not fill us completely.  Only Jesus and our union with Him will satisfy the hunger in our soul.

Jesus, I believe that you are present in the holy Eucharist.  I am united to you in spirit and this sacrament fills me with your presence.  Help me to be worthy to receive you, to keep my heart and mind free of sin, vice, and distractions.  I want to focus only on you.  Jesus I trust in you.
