Conversion
The week after Father's Day (June 20th), your condition changed. I requested the Catholic Parish priest Father DeAscanis to come to the house and provide you some spiritual comfort. Little did I know that would lead to your catholic conversion.
You received the five sacraments before your death - Baptism, Contrition, Confirmation, Eucharist, and Extreme Unction. You had many people praying for you in church. At the moment of your death, I prayed the Holy Rosary for you.
You are free, reborn, and transformed to eternal life. Many times you told me that you had dreams of flying, free as a bird looking from above. You are now living your dream.
As my friend Barbara shared this biblical passage for my comfort (1 Cor 2:9),
"Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him,"
I begin to see that God loves you so much that before you entered the heavenly gates, your heart was ready to receive His grace.
